Can I just say how utterly iconic Yu Yu Hakusho is, like I’ve barely watched the series and seen the characters but I can remember most of the characters I know in vivid detail as far as design and powers go and that’s just amazing to me

^^the model is wearing too small of a size. The character should be completely contained without squishing and the fabric should be fairly smooth. Like these:

The point of athletic wear is to keep you secure! If you want to draw boobalicious people that’s your decision-but if you want to learn a more realistic approach then here’s a start! You can make your characters look like they’re wearing properly measured sportswear while being sexy and attractive.
ALSO!!!! Writers take a look!!! The last four pictures contain women with a D cup or higher wearing ONLY ONE sports bra! A proper fitting sports bra does not require wearing multiples, no matter your chest size! (Especially if you’re working for Tony Stark/Pepper Potts and can fucking afford to buy a damn good sports bra.)

When people say that the camera adds ten pounds it’s because cameras used in filmmaking/TV production have a wider focal length and therefore subjects look wider or bigger. Whereas cellphone cameras have a short focal length that makes subjects appear thinner or smaller.
Nowadays, with DSLR’s and a variety of lenses, we are able to depict a wide range of focal lengths by using one kind of camera.
So that is why most people on social media may seem to look thinner than they do in person (especially in selfies because the front facing camera on phones especially have short focal lengths).
And that is also how the phrase “the camera adds ten pounds” came about.

50mm lenses will give you the closest image to what the human eye sees. so if you want a realistic picture, go for the nifty fifty!!
